Welcome to Kati Bakes! By placing an order through our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These policies are designed to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for all customers.

🧁 Products & Freshness

All Kati Bakes products are made fresh to order using high-quality ingredients and contain no preservatives. For the best taste and quality:

  • Enjoy within 3–5 days of delivery or pickup

  • Refrigerate or freeze upon arrival to extend freshness

📦 Order Processing

  • All orders are made to order

  • Please allow 2–3 business days for processing before pickup or shipment

  • Orders placed after 6:00pm EST will begin processing the next business day

🚚 Shipping Policy

  • Orders are shipped via UPS Ground (estimated 3 business days)

  • Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed

  • Kati Bakes is not responsible for delays caused by:

    • Shipping carriers

    • Weather conditions

    • Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses

Once your order has shipped, responsibility transfers to the carrier.

📍 Local Pickup

Pickup is available at the following times:

  • Wednesdays: 6:00 AM – 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM

  • Saturdays: 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM

Orders must be picked up during these windows unless prior arrangements are made.

⏳ Missed Pickups

Orders not picked up during the scheduled window:

  • May not be guaranteed freshness

  • Are non-refundable

💳 Payment Terms

  • Full payment is required at the time of purchase

  • Orders will not be processed until payment is received

❌ Cancellations & Refunds

Due to the made-to-order nature of our products:

  • Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase for a full refund

  • Cancellations after 12 hours are not guaranteed

We do not offer refunds for:

  • Shipping delays caused by carriers

  • Incorrect addresses provided by the customer

  • Missed pickup times

  • Changes of mind after production has begun

If there is an issue with your order, please contact us and we will do our best to make it right.

⚠️ Allergy Disclaimer

Kati Bakes products are made in a facility that may handle common allergens, including:

  • Wheat

  • Eggs

  • Milk

  • Nuts

  • Soy

We cannot guarantee that any product is completely free of allergens. Please use your discretion when ordering.
