Shipping & Delivery
How long does shipping take?
Orders are shipped within 3–5 business days using standard carriers. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
What happens if there's a delivery delay?
We are not responsible for delays caused by factors beyond our control, such as weather, incorrect addresses, or carrier issues.
Returns, Refunds & Issues
Do you offer refunds or returns?
Due to the perishable nature of our products, all sales are final unless the product is defective or damaged as a result of an error on our end.
What should I do if my order arrives damaged?
If your banana bread arrives defective or damaged due to our mistake, contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@katibakes.com with your order number and photos. We’ll offer a refund or replacement, depending on availability.
Can I get a refund if I don’t like the taste?
Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds for taste preferences or buyer’s remorse. Refunds are only available for verified defects or damages.
Do you refund shipping costs?
Shipping fees are non-refundable. If the error was ours and we send a replacement, we will cover the shipping for that replacement.
